Drop Off

There are two drop off and pickup areas provided at the front of the Terminal. The first area is located at the southern end of the general public drop off and pick up area. For more details please view or download the Mackay Airport Disability Acccess Facilitation Plan. 

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in all public car parking areas and are clearly sign posted. The accessible parking within the short term car park is located close to the terminal entrances. Check-in

A number of check-in counters have been modified and lowered to allow easier access for people using a wheelchair.
