Tap, Park & Go
Credit card in & out makes paying for parking simple. Just tap your credit card onto the dedicated credit card reader at the entry barrier when entering the car park of your choice, then do the same again when you exit – easy! Tap, Park & Go is available at the entry/exit lanes of all Mackay Airport Parking car parks. Watch how easy it is here.

Automatic Pay Stations (APSs)
Locations:
- Undercover on the pedestrian walkway adjacent to Terminal
- Undercover on the pedestrian walkway adjacent to Ibis Mackay
Cash and credit cards are accepted any APS. Credit card payments may also be made at any exit. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Car Park Assistance
Press the intercom help button at any car park entry, exit or automatic paystation for assistance from the Wilson Parking team who are standing by ready to help.

Car Park Limits
Our car parks are designed to Australian standard and will accommodate vehicles up to a maximum of 4.9m long x 1.9m wide x 4.0m high, and 2.45m high for the Covered Car Park. If your vehicle is bigger than any of those specs or if you were planning on attaching a trailer, caravan or float etc you will have to make alternate arrangements. Please bear in mind that parking in prohibited areas or parking oversize vehicles or vehicles with trailers, caravans, floats etc can incur a fine.
If your vehicle exceeds any of the above limits, there are a range of alternate transport options including:

Parking for mobility impaired drivers is provided within all public car parks at Mackay Airport, with signed spaces located as close as possible to the Terminals. More information on accessible parking click here.
